Dear Brick,
You have been shedding insane amounts of hair since March. When is it going to end?
Just when I think the remainder of your winter coat is finally gone, new tufts of undercoat begin to fall. I am tired of watching your hair blow along the baseboards as I walk by.
As a result, I am having to run the vacuum at least once or twice a day. Even my wonderful Dyson can't stand up to this kind of abuse.
I would be lying if I told you that I haven't seriously considered shaving you bald. My concern is that my devotion for you would be minimized if I had to look at your hairless body day after day.
My love is clearly conditional and you are simply too cute, shedding hair and all.
Would you please send an internal memo to your hair follicles and ask them to stop ejecting their residents. If that doesn't work, maybe you can learn to vacuum.
I would greatly appreciate it.

Oh, that's funny! I was thinking of the same thing about Daisy. In fact, my neighbor who had been watching her for us asked me if she was SUPPOSE to shed that much...we could sell her fur to a toy store to make many small stuffed dogs...according to my neighbor. He was very astonished that she does that every year. And yes, my broom has been abused to it's limit this summer. When will it all end?
