The boy and I love it.
I have to admit that I felt a little sad as I watched my hubby's car back down the driveway. It made me realize just how much I'm dreading the end of Christmas break... The return to the dreaded schedule.
Sure, I enjoy having some alone time just as much as the next person. My personality such that I love having things in order. One would think I would thrive with some sort-of routine and endless hours to knock things off my to-do list.
But what really makes me tick is being around people that I adore... My guys.

We've slept in late, read good books, watched movies (both at home and at the theater), played countless games of Jenga, gone on bike rides, spent time with friends, eaten tasty food, hung out at the drum shop, played video games, made music together, lazed around the house, watched old family movies, gone on adventures...
Oh, how I wish every day could be Christmas break.

What a great post, I love the family time but must admit I'm ready for the routine.
