Hahaha! I can do that with my eyebrow too...but, Dan can't, so, my kids practice it in the mirror and some can finally do that and others can't. Really funny to see them try though! :)
I don't know that it's a genetic trait. I learned to do it after watching my 2nd grade teacher give me that look every day. Apparently, I liked to talk too much.

I can't do that with my eyebrow. I can barely wink correctly :) I must not have gotten that gene.
